1 Onion
2 Carrots
3 Celery or some leeks
1 Potato
Garlic
1 tin (~ 400 g) chopped tomatoes
1 tin (~ 400 g) cannellini beans, drained
1 Litre stock
Any pasta (preferably orzo) 100 g
Any herbs (basil, thyme, oregano ...)( dried or fresh )
Add the garlic, then onion, then celery/leeks, then potato, then carrot to olive oil on low/medium heat.
Add tomatoes and stock, cook
Add beans, cook
Add pasta and herbs, cook until pasta is done
